Hunter’s Goulash

Absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
- 1kg of game meat
- 150g of smoked pork
- 2-3 onions
- Salt
- 4 pieces of green paprika
- 6 tomatoes
- Caraway-seeds
- Grounded pepper
- 2 spoons of fat
- 200ml of red wine
- Marjoram
- 500g of potatoes
Method
1. Wash the meat and cut it to cubes
2. Cut the smoked pork to little pieces
3. Roast it for a while
4. Cut the onion to little pieces
5. Add it into a pot
6. Cut paprika and tomatoes to smaller pieces
7. Put them into the pot
8. Add fat
9. Stew it for a while
10. Add game meat
11. Salt and spicy it, then mix it all together
12. Cover the pot and stew it for a while
13. Add hot water
14. Stew it until it is almost soft
15. Skin potatoes and cut them to cubes
16. Put them into a pot with meat
17. Add red wine
18. It is done when potatoes are soft
19. Now add marjoram and take it off the fire
20. Enjoy this delicious meal
It is good to eat this meal together with black bread.

Good recipe but not something I would eat…too spicey!

Thanks. Yes, it is usually a bit spicy, but I love this goulash anyway.
