Italian Meatballs
Italian Meatballs Recipe.
Ingredients:
- - 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 medium onion, diced
- - salt, pepper and garlic
- - 8 crackers (or use Italian bread crumbs)
Method:
Mix ingredients together and form into balls. Bake 425 degrees, for 30-45 minutes.

This sounds very easy and simple to make. I’ll have to give it a try.
