Italian Meatballs

Italian Meatballs Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • - 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1 medium onion, diced
  • - salt, pepper and garlic
  • - 8 crackers (or use Italian bread crumbs)

Method:

Mix ingredients together and form into balls. Bake 425 degrees, for 30-45 minutes.
