Here is the first in a series called : It’s Barbeque time. If it is just too hot to cook then this will be the perfect series for you! =)
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 pounds veal round steak, 3/4 of an inch thick
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup dry white wine
Place veal steak in shallow glass baking dish or large plastic food storage bag. Pour teriyaki sauce and wine over veal. If it is in abaking dish cover it or close the bag and refrigerate to marinate 3 to 4 hours, make sure you turn the veal once. Drain veal and throw the marinade out.
Brush grill with vegetable oil. Grill veal 4 to 5 inches from medium coals 15 to 18 minutes or until done, turning once. You can cook it longer if it is not completely cooked in 18 minutes as you do not want food poisoning.
