Jalapeño Burgers

A new to start off the season of BBQing, and be the talk on the block.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lbs. ground beef 4 tbsp. diced onions
  • 3 1/2 tbsp. heavy cream 3 1/2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 3/4 tsp. salt 1 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 14 tsp. salsa 14 jalapeño peppers chopped
  • 1 3/4 c. Monterrey jack cheese shredded

Method

Mix ground beef, onion, cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Form into individual patties of equal amounts.

With the first set of patties, top with salsa, jalapenoes and cheese. Then top with the remaining patties and press

edges to seal patties. Grill over medium heat for 12 minutes, turning once after 7 minutes, Then serve on a bun

or without. Top with remaining salsa, peppers and cheese.
