Joint Csaky

Recipe for joint Csaky.

Ingredients

750g of joint meat

Butter

Salt

Grounded pepper

1 onion

1 tea-spoon of red pepper

1 spoon of tomato paste

400g of mix of chopped paprika and tomato

5 eggs

100g of smoked bacon

600ml of stock

250ml of cream

Method

1. cut the onion to little pieces

2. Roast the onion on butter

3. Put half of it onto another pan

4. Cut the bacon to straps

5. Put it into one of the pans with onion

6. Roast it and add paprika-tomato mix

7. Salt and spicy it

8. Add beaten eggs

9. Mix it and let of condense

10. Cut the joint meat into slices

11. Crimp those slices

12. Salt and spicy them

13. Put prepared mix onto each slice and roll them

14. Tie them with white thread

15. Put the rolls onto other pan with onion and roast them

16. Scatter the red pepper onto them

17. Add tomato paste

18. Stew them until the meat is soft

19. Take out the meat

20. Stew the remains and scatter the flour onto them

21. Add stock

22. Let it boil

23. Salt and spicy it

24. Add cream and mix it

25. Enjoy this tasty meal

Rice will make a good side dish.
