Joint From Spis

Recipe for joint from spis.
Ingredients
- 600g of joint meat
- 40g of grated cheese
- Butter
- Flour
- 2 egg whites
- Salt
- Grounded pepper
- Parsleys top
Method
1. Wash the meat and dry it
2. Cut it to slices
3. Crimp them
4. Salt and spicy them
5. Cover them with flour
6. Put the butter into a pan and heat it up
7. Sear the meat slices from both sides
8. Add water and cover the pan
9. Stew the meat until it is soft
10. Take the meat out
11. Spread the butter (or fat) onto a roaster
12. Put the meat slices onto a roaster
13. Beat the egg whites until they are dense
14. Salt them and spread them onto the meat slices
15. Scatter the cheese on the meat slices
16. Put the roaster into hot oven for a while
17. Use parsleys top as decoration just before eating
18. Enjoy this tasty meal
Potatoes will make a good side dish.
