Louisiana Meatloaf Recipe
Here’s an easy way of preparing your favorite meatloaf:
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Steak sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup prunes or raisins
- 1 teaspoon chopped basil
- 3 bacon strips
- 50 grams chopped carrots
- 50 grams Cheddar cheese
PROCEDURE
- Mix all ingredients except bacon strips.
- Place mixture in pan then top with bacon strips.
- Bake in 350F oven until cooked.
- Slice and serve.
