Louisiana Meatloaf Recipe

Here’s an easy way of preparing your favorite meatloaf:

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Steak sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup prunes or raisins
  • 1 teaspoon chopped basil
  • 3 bacon strips
  • 50 grams Cheddar cheese

PROCEDURE

  • Mix all ingredients except bacon strips.
  • Place mixture in pan then top with bacon strips.
  • Bake in 350F oven until cooked.
  • Slice and serve.
