Making Homemade Meatballs and Burgers
Make delicious meatballs or even Burgers at home.
It will take about 15-25 minutes to prepare the meatballs before cooking. For about 12 medium sized meatballs you will need:
Ingredients
- 500g/1lb Beef Mince
- 1 Onion — Finely chopped
- 3 Eggs
- Seasoning

Seasoning
Garlic (optional), Mixed Herbs, Salt, Pepper. Of course you can use any seasoning and I don’t use exact measurements of seasoning so just make it up as you go along.
Method
So you need to make sure that the mince is defrosted to make it easy to work with. Have the mince in a large bowl and then add the finely chopped onion.
Crack the eggs into the bowl with the mince and onion and then add your seasoning. Now mix it all together using your hands to make it easy and then shape it into balls or flat but thick oval shapes or whatever shapes according to what you want to make.
Now heat a frying pan with a small or even no oil and then add the pre-moulded shapes onto the frying pan, it can take a variety of times to cook but you will need to make sure that the meat is cooked throughout before eating. Smaller the shape will mean that the cooking times will decrease.

You can serve the meatballs with pasta and you can also make it with a sauce.
