Mamabink’s Ham

The most delicious moist ham roast perfect for Christmas dinner, or any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ham
  • Some Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbs cloves
  • 1 can Pop, (7up, Sprite, Mountain Due, Fresca all work well. Orange pop works if you want an orangy flavor)

Method

  1. Place Ham in large roaster with lid.
  2. Pack the brown sugar and cloves onto the outside of the ham creating a thin coating.
  3. Pour about half the pop can straight onto the ham, wetting the sugar. Pour a little more into the bottom of the roaster.
  4. See Ham packaging for how long to bake and at what tempurature. Mamabink recomends 325 degrees.
