Mamabink’s Ham

The most delicious moist ham roast perfect for Christmas dinner, or any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 Ham
- Some Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbs cloves
- 1 can Pop, (7up, Sprite, Mountain Due, Fresca all work well. Orange pop works if you want an orangy flavor)
Method
- Place Ham in large roaster with lid.
- Pack the brown sugar and cloves onto the outside of the ham creating a thin coating.
- Pour about half the pop can straight onto the ham, wetting the sugar. Pour a little more into the bottom of the roaster.
- See Ham packaging for how long to bake and at what tempurature. Mamabink recomends 325 degrees.
