Maple Mustard Pork Chops

A quick and easy alternative to chicken. Change it up and use fresh salmon or grilled shrimp.

Serve with grilled summer vegetables and roasted potato’s

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 3 tbsps dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp green onion
  • 2 tsp shredded orange peel

Method

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Generously season with salt and pepper
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mustard, onion, syrup, and orange shred’s.
  3. Grill chops 15 minutes or until well done. Brush side with marinade and grill 3 minutes.
  4. Turn chops and brush other side with marinade. Grill 3 more minutes. That’s it. Even a girl can do, if you like to grill that is.
