Marinade for Pork
This is a great marinade for pork chops that provide a terrific Cuba flavor to the dish.
1/2 chopped jalapeños
1 whole squeezed lime juice
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 T of Worcestershire sauce
1 T of Dijon Mustard
2 stalks of scallions chopped
3 cloves of garlic finely minced
1 T of oregano
Mix all these ingredients together in a large zip lock bag that can hold 4 pork chops along with this marinade. Soak the pork chops in this marinade at least 4 hours to a day to get all the flavors into the meat. I would suggest that you pan fry this pork chop for 1 1/2 min on each side and then bake into an oven at 375 for 10 minutes. This will vary depending on the size of the pork. Usually the method above will work for a 1 1//2 inch sized pork chop.
