Ingredients

• 600g of pork shoulder
• 2 egg whites
• Butter
• 3 chilies
• 3 pieces of green paprika
• 1 onion
• 4 tomatoes
• 300g of boiled beans
• 50ml of soy sauce
• 2 spoons of mayonnaise
• Salt
• 150ml of stock
• 50ml of wine

Method

1. cut the meat to smaller slices

2. Crimp it, salt it and put it into a bowl

3. Mix egg whites with 1 spoon of mayonnaise

4. Slush it into meat slices, mix it and leave it for a while

5. Cut paprika, onion and tomatoes to pieces

6. Roast meat slices from both sides

7. Add vegetable and beans

8. Stew it for a while

9. Mix stock, wine, soy sauce and rest of mayonnaise

10. Slush it onto the meat and mix it

11. Boil it for a while

12. Add chilies which you have cut to little pieces

13. Boil it for a little more time

14. Enjoy this tasty meal
