Munchkin Meatballs

So good for parties and especially as finger foods to watch the game.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. dijon style mustard

Directions

Mix all the ingredients except oil. Roll mixture into 24 (1 inch) meatballs. Saute meatballs in oil in large skillet until browned and no longer pink in center, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
