Mutton Kababba

This mughal dish is a mouth watering Indian spicy and delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 500 gms minced mutton
  • 1 tbsp coriander springs
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp fried onions
  • 2 pinches of garam masala
  • 2 pinches of cayenne powder
  • 2 pinches of turmeric
  • Breadcrumbs to taste
  • 1 egg
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix the minced meat with the coriander ,mint, fried onion ,garam masala, cayenne powder, turmeric and bread crumbs
  2. Add the egg.
  3. Mix a pinch of salt to it and mix well
  4. Then make it into small balls seep fry it in oil and serve with rice.
