Mutton Stew

A South African way of preparing delicious mutton stew.
Ingredients
- 1 kg stewing mutton
- 4 blended tomatoes
- 2 blended onions
- 250g cremora powder (any coffee creamer)
- 1 small packet knorr soup
- Salt
Method
Wash the meat and start boiling it for the meat and start boiling it for 10 minutes then add salt. After boiling for another 10 minutes add tomato and onions. Allow it to simmer for another 10 minutes then add the knorr soup. Dissolve the cremora powder in a small amount of boiling water then add to the stew, allow to simmer until done. Serve with pap or rice. Serves 6
