Natural Joint

Recipe for natural joint.
Ingredients
400g of beef joint meat
Salt
Grounded pepper
Butter
2 onions
Stock from bones
1 spoon of flour
Method
1. Wash the meat and dry it
2. Cut it to slices
3. Crimp them
4. Salt and spicy them
5. Sear them from both sides on butter
6. Take them out onto a hot plate
7. Cut the onion to little pieces
8. Put it into a pan (leave the remains after searing the meat in it)
9. Roast it
10. Add meat and stock
11. Stew it until the meat is soft
12. Take the meat out
13. Let the sauce steam off until it is denser
14. Add flour to condense the sauce
15. Let it boil for a while
16. Put the meat back in
17. Add ½ of spoon of butter
18. Let it stew for a little while
19. Enjoy this tasty meal
Potatoes or rice will make a good side dish.
