Yummy Turkey Meatballs made with parmeasn cheese. Simple and easy great for a quick meal. This can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients

  • 1lb turkey
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs plain or Italian
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp Italian spice

Method

Preheat oven to 400degrees while you are preparing your meat balls.  Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix them all together.  I find that using my hands is better than a large spoon.  Make sure all the ingredients are combined thoroughly.
Roll the turkey into golf ball sized balls and place on a broiler pan (a broiler pan is a pan that has a top grate with holes in it so that grease drips down into the bottom pan).  Cook at 375 degrees for about 30-35 minutes depending on the size of your meat balls.  Cooking times may vary.
If you would like to make your meat balls so that you can serve them later make sure they are cool before storing them in the refrigerator.  The best way to warm them is to place them in the sauce you plan to serve them with.  If you are not having sauce place them in the microwave for less than a minute.
Enjoy!
