Pork and Cream Cheese

Feel free to give this dish a try I would recommend it to anyone.

Ingredients

  • pork (cooked and diced)(meat)
  • 1/4 pint double cream
  • 4oz cheese (either all Parmesan or 1/2 Parmesan and 1/2 cheddar)
  • 1 onion (finely diced)
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Method

BUTTER a large dish and add MEAT, ONION, DOUBLE CREAM and CHEESE. Mix well. Top with grated CHEDDAR/PARMESAN and bake at 180.C/350.F for 40 minutes until golden. Serve with noodles and broccoli.

Note- You can also use chicken or turkey for this dish.
