Use a 2 quart or three quart crockpot. Coat it with non-stick spray.
You will need 1 box of pork or chicken stuffing.
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1/2 stick of butter
Boil the water and butter in microwave
You will need about 3/4 to 1lb. of cooked pork loin or pork roast no bone sliced or cubed, leftover thick boneless pork chops cubed about 3 or 4. Enough for a two layers in a 2 to 3 quart crockpot.
1 can of cream of chicken soup (Any soup like cream of mushroom, cream of celery or cream of broccoli will do.)
3/4 can of milk whisked or stirred in with the cream of chicken soup.
Next layer a little of the cream of chicken soup on the bottom, layer some of meat, then some of the stuffing, layer the meat then the stuffing and end with some more meat and pour the rest of the cream of chicken soup over the top.
Cook on high for about 3 hours. Low for longer time.
