Pork Chops Easy

I’m sure everyone has done these before.

Preheat oven to 350F

Ingredients

  • Line a metal or glass pan with a sheet of foil and use buttered flavored cooking spray and coat bottom of foil.
  • Heat in Microwave or on stove 1 2/3 c of water with 1/2 stick of butter or margarine (If healthy conscience leave out butter.)
  • Mix hot water in one box of pork flavored stuffing mix.
  • Heap on the bottom of the pan.
  • Take about 3 or 4 pork chops about 1/4 to 1/2 inch think and place on top of stuffing mix.
  • Salt and Pepper or season chops to taste.

Method

Cook for about 30 minutes or cut into a piece of the meat and see if it runs clear.

Note:  Serve with one of your favorite vegetables, a cranberry sauce or applesauce.
