Ingredients required for this roast pork recipe are:
2 to 3 pounds pork roast
½ cup orange marmalade
3 clove and crushed garlic
1 Teaspoon Asian chilli paste
2 Teaspoon tomato ketchup
Soy sauce
Oil for browning meat

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. To make dressing, mix all other ingredients together except pork roast.
Brown the meat placing it in oven over medium heat. This will keep the roast moist and juicy and make it look better. Then baste it with dressing and roast it in oven for around 20 minutes. Turn the roast while basting and reduce the heat to 350 degrees F. Roast for 45 minutes and continue basting to keep meat wet. When it gets cooked, you can see the meat juices. Remove the roast from oven and let it sit for around 15 minutes. Place a spoon of gravy on it and serve it with tiny boiled white potatoes.

You can also make pork roast using a slow cooker. It is a slow process but it is not important for you to be there to have a watch over it every minute of the day.
