Potato-onion-bacon Soup
This is a great winter soup to keep you warm on a chilly night!

Ingredients
3 onions, cut into thin wedges
2 cups of milk
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pack of bacon
5 cups of potatoes, sliced
3 cups of water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions:
1. Cook the pack of bacon unti crisp and save 1 tablespoon of the left over bacon grease. Drain bacon on paper towels and crumble the bacon and set aside in a bowl.
2. In a large pot, combine potatoes, water and cubes. Boil and simmer for 15 minutes, do not drain.
3. Saute onions in the left over bacon grease. Mash the potatoes with a masher. Add bacon, onion, milk, and pepper to the pot. Stir well. Serve and enjoy.
