Turkey Cutlets

During this Festive season , I wanted to try to cook something with Turkey. In Singapore,  we rarely got to eat or cook turkey. Chicken and Goat Meat are the more  popular ones. I improvised one the traditional Indian recipe to come with this Turkey Cutlets. Its turned out better that I expected! I am excited to share this simple yet tasty recipe.
