Roast Duck!

A guide to cooking a delicious roast duck!

Ingredients:

Medium sized duck

250 ml (1 cup) of water

5 ml (1 tea spoon) of black pepper

5 ml (1 tea spoon) of garlic

1 bell pepper

Instructions

Thaw duck in the refrigerator over night – preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) - clean duck in salt water and remove bag – place duck in roasting pot – pour in 250 ml (1 cup) of water – add black pepper and garlic – chop bell pepper and place it in the pot, place duck into oven and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 180°C (350°F) or until skin has a golden brown colour. Enjoy!
