Roasted Pork Tongue

Recipe for roasted pork tongue.
Ingredients:
- 3 pork tongues
- 3 grains of allspice
- 6 grains of pepper
- Salt
- 100 ml of mineral water
- 100 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- Flour and crumb
Ingredients for dressing:
1 cup of white yoghurt, 2 sterilized cucumbers
1 small onion, parsleys top, chive, salt and lemon squeeze
Method: 1. Wash the tongues
2. Put them into water and add allspice, salt and pepper
3. Cook them
4. Skin them, cut them to slices and let them cool down
5. Mix mineral water, milk, eggs and a bit of salt
6. Add 2 spoons of crumb
7. Add as much flour as you need to make sloppier paste
8. Dip slices of meat into the paste
9. Roast them
10. Make a dressing
11. Enjoy this tasty meal
You should eat roasted pork tongue with potatoes covered with dressing.
