Roasted Tomato and Pablano Pork Chops Recipe.
Ingredients
Marinade
-
1 ¼ Cup Swanson’s Chicken Broth
-
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
-
2 teaspoons Ground Red Pepper
-
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
-
2 teaspoons Meat Tenderizer
-
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
-
3 Tablespoons Spicy Roasted Tomato and Pablano Salad Dressing
-
Mix well , Add meat in marinade for 30 minutes place in refrigerator
Top of Chops
- 4 Boneless Pork Chops
- 2 Medium Sized Bella Mushrooms sliced thin
- 1 Medium Roma Tomato Sliced thin
- 1 Clove of Garlic Smashed and diced
- ½ a Medium Onion sliced in to rings
Method
- Pour marinade and chops in to a glass pan
- Place your mushroom’s on top of the chops
- Add your onions on top of the mushrooms
- Sprinkle your garlic
- Finally add your tomatoes on top of the garlic
- Cover with foil , place in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes . Then take foil off and cook for additional 10 minutes .
- As a side suggestion A side salad with Roasted Tomato and Pablano Salad Dressing and a bake potato would go excellent .
