Roasted Tomato and Pablano Pork Chops Recipe.

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1 ¼ Cup Swanson’s Chicken Broth

  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch

  • 2 teaspoons Ground Red Pepper

  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder

  • 2 teaspoons Meat Tenderizer

  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce

  • 3 Tablespoons Spicy Roasted Tomato and Pablano Salad Dressing

  • Mix well , Add meat in marinade for 30 minutes place in refrigerator

Top of Chops

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 Medium Sized Bella Mushrooms sliced thin
  • 1 Medium Roma Tomato Sliced thin
  • 1 Clove of Garlic Smashed and diced
  • ½ a Medium Onion sliced in to rings

Method

  1. Pour marinade and chops in to a glass pan
  2. Place your mushroom’s on top of the chops
  3. Add your onions on top of the mushrooms
  4. Sprinkle your garlic
  5. Finally add your tomatoes on top of the garlic
  6. Cover with foil , place in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes . Then take foil off and cook for additional 10 minutes .
  7. As a side suggestion A side salad with Roasted Tomato and Pablano Salad Dressing and a bake potato would go excellent .
