Rolled Chicken with Bacon

How to make rolled chicken with bacon very easy.

Cooking rolled chicken with bacon is very easy and the result is very tasty.

Although when you are following a diet program it is not recommended.

For 4 portions you will need.

  • 20 slices of bacon which you will cut in the middle
  • 2 chicken fillets which you will cut in small pieces
  • 400 ml milk cream
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Cut the 20 bacon slices so that you have 40 smaller ones (app. 8 cm each)

Boil the chicken fillets for 30 minutes and then cut them in smaller pieces (app. 2 cm each)

Salt and pepper the fillets.

Next step is to take the chicken pieces and to roll them in the bacon slices.

Put all the ready pieces in a pan and spill all the cream over the rolled chicken bacon’s.

Bake at 180o C for 45 minutes.

Enjoy your meal.
