Sablefish Steak with Basil Aioli

What a dish, something tasteful.

1 pound sablefish steak

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons freah-sqeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup freah basil

Method: Preheat the broiler or prepare the grill. Rub fish on both sides with small amount of oil. Broil or grill until cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side for a 1-inch-thick steak. Meanwhile, pour remaining oil into a spice grinder, mini-food processor or mortar and pestle. Add lemon juice and basil. Process or grind into a smooth paste. Spoon over hot fish before serving. 4 servings
