Salisbury Steak
Easy salisbury steak with ground beef or venison.
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs ground beef or venison
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup beef bouillon
- 2 tsp. instant chopped onions
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Portion and shape into 8 steaks.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
Dinner: Serve with rice or mashed potatoes, corn and salad.
