Savory Ham Balls

1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup ketchup

1 egg, slightly beaten

dash of pepper

1 pound pork

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup minced onion

1 teaspoon salt

1 pound ham

SAUCE:

1 cup apricot preserves

1 tablespoon mustard

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons vinegar

1/4 cup water

Combine milk, ketchup, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Add pork and ham. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 5 dozen balls. Place in 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Then refrigerate. Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Blend thoroughly. Add the meatballs, simmer, stirring occasionally until heated through. May be frozen.
