Seasoned Fried Pork Chops Recipe

This easy recipe adds flavor to bland pork chops.

You will need:

1 package thin sliced pork chops

1/2 cup Italian dressing

flour, to coat

oil for frying

In a gallon sized bag, coat the pork chops in Italian dressing and marinate overnight.  Just prior to cooking, drain pork chops and dredge in flour.

On medium high heat, in about 1/2 inch oil, fry chops for approximately 4 minutes per side or until browned on the outside and done in the middle.

Season with salt and pepper and serve with mashed potatoes.
