Simple Recipe for Cooking Very Yummy Beef and Potatoes

Eating beef and potatoes can help you build a strong immune system to fight virus and diseases.

Ingredients:

1.     3 pounds of small beef cubes

2.     100 g of green onions and red onions which are cut into small pieces

3.     2 pounds of carrot cubes

4.     2 pounds of potatoes cubes  

5.     3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of salt, 30 ml of soya sauce

6.     100 g of flour

7.     20 ml of tomato sauce

 

Step 1: Mix the measured sugar, salt, soya sauce and flour with the raw beef cubes. And leave the beef cubes immersed in the sauce for at least 20 minutes.

 

Step 2: Put some oil into pan and turn stove on high.

 

Step 3: When oil becomes hot, add the prepared green onions and red onions into the pan and fry them until their smell comes out.

 

Step 4: Add the beef cubes into the pan and fry them until their surface color changes. (Approximately 2-3 minutes on high heat.)

 

Step 5: Put the carrot cubes, potatoes cubes, and fried beef all together into a big cooker. Add 20 ml of tomato sauce into the cooker and mix it evenly with other ingredients.

 

Step 6: Add 10 cups of warm water into the cooker and turn the cooker on high heat.

 

Step 7: When the sauce boils, turn the cooker to low heat and leave it work at least 40 minutes before you serve the meal.
