Smoked Bacon Infused Mega Burger
My recipe for a BBQ burger this one is tasty even if you forget to season the meat…yes I did once luckily the bacon and onions covered the lack of seasoning
plus the light dusting before you fry or grill these is important.
I love my burgers in fact I’m so good at making them I once applied (for a joke) for macdonalds management I got a straight no from them lol…
Some people make them straight from the mince tray and fry from scratch no never ever do that.
Anyway enough nonsense heres the recipe….you will need.
225g minced lean beef or 2 serlion steaks minced, salt to taste,1 tablespoon of sugar,2 cloves of garlic crushed.
3 rashers of bacon fat on (diced fine and fried leave to cool use smoked bacon) 1 tablespoon of cajun spice and 1 dollop of BBQ sauce, 1 egg, pepper
1 red onion diced fine.
combine all the ingriedients except the cajun spice and mix together to form a huge patty, fry a small amount in a pan to test the seasoning and adjust.

Next form the patties into the size and thickness you want just when you do make the mix go easy with the egg and use the taste test method to see how well the patty holds.
leave the patties to firm up a bit even par freezing them if you cooking outside, they taste really nice with an avacado dip or full grain mustard mayonnaise

The cajun spice is to be sprinkled on the meat before you chill or freeze it…forgot to mention that

I\’d love to try making this burger, but with all the spelling errors and lack of proper punctuation, I can\’t understand half of what you\’re saying. Try using periods when you\’re done with a sentence. It makes it a lot easier to read.
