Smoked Jack Daniels Pork Roast

Ingredients

Hickory Smoke Chips

Jack Daniels Smoke Chips

Charcoal


3 Shots of Jack Daniels

1 Clove of Garlic

1 Onion

1 Bell Pepper

Pork Roast (8lbs.)

Bundle of Parsley

pinch of salt and pepper

2 tsp. Meat Tenderizer

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

3 tsp. Creole Seasoning

Meat Injector Needle

Ingredients

Set Grill

Slice Garlic, Parsley, Onion, Bell Pepper into med. size pieces (about 1/2 inch

Cut 2 in. deep slits into Pork Roast and place the sliced Vegetables inside the roast

Mix all other seasonings together in a bowl, and inject all over the roast

Cook on Grill for 8 – 10 hrs. ( May wrap in tin-foil to trap flavor)

SERVES

6 – 10 People

BEST SERVED WITH

Dirty rice and Corn on the Cobb
