Spanish Meatloaf
A delicious spanish recipe I reated myself. My wife is spanish, so I’m always experimenting with foods. I call this dish, el loafo.
1 lb hamburger
10 oz roll of pork chorizo
8 oz pk mushrooms (cut up)
1 diced onion
1 diced, ripe tomatoe
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Catsup
Tapatio hot sauce (optional)
In mixing bowl, mix hamburger, chorizo,mushrooms, onion, tomatoe, chili powder, and black pepper. For spicier taste, add Tapatio hot sauce. Once well mixed, out in loaf pan, forming mixture into a loaf. Like other meatloaf, you can than smear catsup over the top of loaf. Preheat oven to 350, and bake meatloaf as you would any other meatloaf. Serve with other mexican dishes, or by itself.
