Stuffed Shells

Delicious stuffed shells with turkey or hamburger.

saute’ 3 minced garlic cloves in olive oil

Ingredients

1 large can tomato paste

3 bug cans whole tomatoes

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp basil

3 to 4 tsp sugar

Method

simmer for three hours

cook shells until half done

cook 4 lbs turkey meat or hamburg with three cloves of garlic

add pepperoni (optional)

mix with 4 boxes of frozen spinach

grate 2 to 3 parmesean cheese and mix with turkey meat/hamburg and spinach mixture

stuff shells with turkey meat/hamburg mixture but don’t overstuff

place in deep baking dish

pour sauce over shells

bake 350 degrees for one hour
