Super Simple Crock Pot Reubens

This recipe is fail safe. With just a few ingredients quickly thrown in your crock pot you will have a pot luck favorite in an instant.
Ingredients
- 1 14oz can of Sauerkraut
- 2 or 3 pkgs of budding corn beef, or a ¼ lb deli, cut up into small pieces
- 1 8oz package of shredded Swiss
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or a good scoop or squeeze)
- 2 TB mustard (or a good squeeze or two)
Instructions:
Throw all ingredients into your crock pot, give it a good stir, set your crock to the ”high” setting until cheese is melted and your house smells of kraut, then set the crock to “Lo” and serve on rye squares (I just cut up rye bread, its much cheaper!) or on any type of bread, crackers or chips you prefer. Enjoy!

I made these last Friday for a work potluck, there wasn’t one bit of leftovers.
