Sweet and Spicy Garlic Pork Sausages
Homemade garlic pork sausages are delicious, easy to make and free of artificial preservatives.
Ingredients
- 1/4 kg. lean ground pork
- 1/2 cup garlic, finely chopped
- 1/3 teaspoon of dried oregano (optional)
- 1 teaspoon iodized salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or any liquid seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 4 to 5 teaspoons white or brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Method
- Mix thoroughly all the ingredients in bowl.
- Form small sausages using your hand and place each one on a dry plate.
- Alternatively, you can insert the meat in sausage casings which can be bought from the meat shop.
- Fry the sausages in low heat.
