Sweet and Spicy Garlic Pork Sausages

Homemade garlic pork sausages are delicious, easy to make and free of artificial preservatives.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg. lean ground pork
  • 1/2 cup garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/3 teaspoon of dried oregano (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon iodized salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or any liquid seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 4 to 5 teaspoons white or brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Method

  1. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients in bowl. 
  2. Form small sausages using your hand and place each one on a dry plate.
  3. Alternatively, you can insert the meat in sausage casings which can be bought from the meat shop.
  4. Fry the sausages in low heat.
