Tasty Turkey Burgers

This is a healthy and easy to put together quick meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Fat-free ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup fat-free cracker crumbs
  • 1 ½ tsp. Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp. Low-sodium ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • Pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until blended.
  2. Form mixture into patties.
  3. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
  4. Preheat broiler on high heat and cook burgers 4 inches from heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
