Tater Tot Hot Dish
This hot dish is a Minnesota favorite! Most kids love it.
Ingredients
- 1 Lb. ground beef or venison
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can of milk
- 1 small bag frozen veggies (corn is my favorite)
- tator tots
Method
- Brown meat with onions, salt and pepper
- Combine veggies in meat mixture.
- Place in the bottom of 8 X 8 casserole.
- Mix soup with milk and pour over mixture.
- Top with tator tots.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
- Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes
This one can stand on its own or compliment just about anything!
