How to on cooking a roast + an extra tip at the bottom.

TENDER ROAST

 Thaw out a roast over night for supper tomorrow.  

I love a tender roast.  However there are people who have a different opinion on roast.  To get started cooking a tender roast here are some things you’ll need or will have to get.

1.       Chopping knife

2.       Cutting board

3.       Turkey pan with a lid

4.       1 – Red pepper

5.       1 – green pepper

6.       1 – yellow pepper

7.       1 – white onion

8.       3 – carrots

9.       2 – baking potatoes

10.   ½ – pound of fresh cut green beans

 

Preheat oven to 350*F.  Chop up the red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, white onion, carrots, baking potatoes and green beans.  Set the roast in the turkey pan and season it with Tony Chachere’s, add a few dashes to the water as well, then put 5 or 6 good drops of Worcestershire Sauce in the water. Then fill it half full with water.  Then after chopping up the vegetables place them in the pan with the roast. Place the roast in the oven with the lid on it and let bake for 4 hrs. Roast should come out tender and ready to eat with the cooked vegetables for the side dish.

 

Extra Information   

 

With the extra peace of roast if any you will shred it with a fork and put it in a Tupperware bowl and add Barbecue Sauce to it for sandwiches later.
