The Best Chicken Roll Up Recipe!

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Cup of Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
1 Tsp. Poultry Seasoning
Pinch of Oregano
1 Tbsp. Water
Salt & Pepper to taste
You’ll also need these items:
Plastic Cutting Board
Toothpicks or Cooking twine
Here’s how you put it together.
Place the chicken on the plastic cutting board and cover wax paper. Take the meat mallet and gently pound the chicken, until it’s thin enough to roll.
Take the saucepan and saute’ onion with a little olive oil and butter. Add the mushrooms and cook until brown.
Stir in the bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1 Tbsp. of water to the mixture and stir until moist.
Spread evenly over the pounded chicken.
Roll up the chicken breast starting with the smaller end and secure with a toothpick.
Place chicken rolls in a buttered baking dish. Add a small piece of butter on the top of each roll.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until lightly brown.
