The Perfect Cheeseburger!

A new twist on an American classic!

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Sliced mozzarella
Lettuce
2 tomatoes
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Mustard
Hamburger buns

Serves 4.

Finely chop the garlic and onion. Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper and egg to ground beef- mix well. Shape beef into 4 beef patties. Fry until desired wellness. Melt mozzarella on top of burger.

Spread mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard onto hamburger buns. Add lettuce, tomato and raw onion. Enjoy!
