Wet Beef Schnitzels

Recipe for wet beef schnitzels.

Ingredients

600g if beef joint

2 eggs

Crumb

Salt

Grounded pepper

Butter

250ml of acid cream

Fat for roasting

Method

1. cut the meat to slices

2. Crimp them

3. Put the each slice onto crumb and crimp it again from both sides

4. Beat the eggs and salt them

5. Cover meat slices in eggs

6. Roast them

7. Spread the butter onto a roaster

8. Put the meat into roaster (no slice should be covered by another one)

9. Mix the rest of eggs with cream

10. Sweep this mix onto meat

11. Put the roaster into hot oven and cook the meat until it is soft

12. Enjoy this tasty meal

Rice will make a good side dish.
