Wienerschnitzel
A.K.A. PORK CUTLETS.
4-5 oz. boneless pork chops
2 eggs
Plain bread crumbs
Flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Tenderize pork pcs., on both sides, til very thin. Salt & pepper both sides. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Put flour & bread crumbs in separate bowls. Dip ea. pork pc. 1st in flour, then in egg & finally in bread crumbs. Heat oil in cooking pan. Fry both sides of pork w/ lemon wedges. Serves 4.
