Wild Game Meat

A great preparation.
Ingredients
- 800g of game meat
- 300ml of ketchup
- 150ml of oil
- 3 spoons of mustard
- Small glass of paprika conserved in oil
- Salt
- Grounded pepper
- 5 pieces of allspice
- 10 juniper balls
Method
1. Wash the meat and dry it
2. Cut it to straps
3. Put ketchup into a dish
4. Add mustard, 5 spoons of oil from paprika conserve, salt and spice
5. Mix it all together
6. Cut paprika to straps
7. Put them together with meat and put it all into a dish with prepared mix
8. Mix it all together
9. Put it to some cold place for at least 24 hours
10. Heat up the oil on a pan
11. Sear the meat and add the rest of spice mix
12. Cover the pan and stew it until the meat is soft
13. Enjoy this tasty meal
Rice will make a good side dish.
