Wonton

They way my family and I like wonton.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs wonton wrappers
  • 1 can New Zealand corn beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tblsp sugar
  • 3 green onion
  • 1 pot with oil for frying
  • 1 small cup of water

Method

Mix the corn beef, egg, sugar, and onion. mix well. Once mixed start the oil, oil has to be hot for frying, while oil is getting hot. get a wrapper and but a teaspoon size lump in the center of the wrapper. dab the sides of the wrapper with the water, press the side together in a triangle shape. put on the side, and continue this procees until all wrappers are filled. once you have finished all the wrappers, it time to start frying. put 4 to 5 in the hot oil at a time. 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown, put on a plate with a paper towel on to get the extra oil off. let cool and enjoy.
