American Lasagna

Great lasagna recipe and how to fix it.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. lasagna
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • Clove garlic
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 6 green onions
  • Sm. cream cheese
  • 3/4 lb. sour cream
  • Cheddar cheese

Method:

Cook lasagne (8). Cook ground meat and garlic, 2 cans tomato sauce, simmer. Put lasagne (4) in greased casserole pan, next meat mixture. Add chopped green onions. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Grate cheese. Layer this – first lasagne, second meat mixture, third green onions, fourth cheese mixture, grate cheese on top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles.
