Beef Vbacon and Capsicum with Curly Pasta

This article is a recipe of some beef mix with pasta.

duration: 30mins

serves : 6 person

ingredients:

1) 500g curly pasta

2) 60ml extra virgin olive oil

3) 150g lean baccon, chopped coarsely

4) 3 cloves garlic, crushed

5) 300g tomatoes, seeded and chpped

6) 300g red capsicum, sliced thinly

7) 1 tbsp baby capers,rinsed and drained

8) 1 cup firmly-packed parsley

9) ground black ppepper

how to cook?

step 1: cook pasta in boiling, salted water, uncovered, till just right. drain; keep warm

step 2: heat 1 tbsp oil in  a large frying pan. add bacon and cook, stirring till crisp; remove from pan. then add garlic, tomatoes and capsicum. cook,stirring till softened about 3 mins. turn off fire; stirr in capers and parsely

step 3: combine pasta with tomato mixture, bacon, remaining oil and pepper to taste. toss gently to mix well.
