Chicken Bowtie Pasta
An easy recipe that makes a lot. You can serve this dish warm or cold! It has everything: meat, veggies, pasta and more, and your kids will eat this!
Ingredients:
- 1 box bowtie pasta
- 1 bag froz. peas & carrots
- 1 bottle alfredo sauce
- 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Cook veggies on stovetop according to package directions.
- Cook chicken breasts on small grill or boil in water until done, then cube.
- Toss together with veggies, pasta, alfredo sauce and seasonings.
- Serve warm or cold.
- Serves 6-8.
