Chicken Bowtie Pasta

An easy recipe that makes a lot. You can serve this dish warm or cold! It has everything: meat, veggies, pasta and more, and your kids will eat this!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box bowtie pasta
  • 1 bag froz. peas & carrots
  • 1 bottle alfredo sauce
  • 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Cook veggies on stovetop according to package directions.
  3. Cook chicken breasts on small grill or boil in water until done, then cube.
  4. Toss together with veggies, pasta, alfredo sauce and seasonings.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
  6. Serves 6-8.
